After spending many years working in project management, Allan fulfilled his dream and passion by attending Indiana University Purdue University at Indianapolis to become an interior designer. His experience in project management created a strong foundation from which to build upon for a successful career in interior design. Allan interned and worked with another local designer for several years prior to combining talents with Reed to establish Misch Bobrick Design. Our work has taken us to from coast to coast and everywhere in between creating beautiful spaces. Allan is an allied member of ASID.
Reed worked in New York with the world-famous design team at Robert Metzger Interiors, Inc. The firm’s clients included business moguls, international embassies and celebrities such as Elizabeth Taylor. Their award winning projects were regularly featured in Architectural Digest and The New York Times. Reed’s experiences in New York taught him how to work with the the finest craftsmen and women in the world, and how to satisfy the world’s most demanding and discerning clientele.
Reed moved to Indianapolis to work with Suzanne Kasler Interiors, and eventually joined with Allan Misch to form Misch Bobrick. As an Indiana Registered Interior Designer, Reed must adhere to the most stringent standards of professionalism. As an Allied ASID member , the continuing education requirements keep him up-to-date on the very latest in technology, energy efficiency and product development. His local projects have been featured in Indianapolis Monthly, Indianapolis Monthly Home , The Indianapolis Star as well as national publications.
