A pair of dramatically scaled drum shade chandeliers hang above a marble topped island in this large kitchen. The enameled Koehler sink is one enormous basin. The background wall, designed with the same custom cabinetry, has a sense of being a piece of furniture, rather than another line of cabinetry. The counter stools in bronze finished metal, coordinate with the bronze hand hammered cabinet hardware. Mouth-blown glass objects in amber and gold catch the light.
