The client requested a major remodel to combining two seldom used bedrooms to accommodate a children’s playroom and sleeping room with the theme of Harry Potter. We created a grand scaled room with English character and charm reminiscent of the halls of Hogwarts. The soaring ceiling is accented with heavy beams and trusses, wrought iron lighting with realistic candle shaped bulbs, and a cut stone finish on the walls. The grandchildren love this room as much as the adults. Instead of hours spent staring at a computer screen, the kids read books, and get to have their imaginations stimulated as they play.
