This powder room, tucked in a nook off of the entry gallery, is a dramatic and moody space. A wall of grey mirror reflects a wall of custom tile. This exquisite handmade material, Sonoma Tilemakers Euphoria , was glazed exclusively for this project in California. A lacquered vanity cabinet is wall mounted to float above the Canadian maple herringbone floor, and a panel of clear mirror above it is backlit so that it too appears to float. Hidden LED lights create a mysterious magical atmosphere.
